FULL TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Tile Costs - All tile costs must be paid in full upfront prior to commencement of works.
2. Deposit - A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure booking dates. Dates are not confirmed until the deposit has been received.
3. Price Variations - Prices may vary by up to 10% due to fluctuations in the cost of consumables, materials, or supplier pricing. Any significant variation will be communicated.
4. Payment Terms - Payment is due within 15 working days from the invoice date.
Failure to pay within this period may result in:
Interest charged at 8% above the Bank of England base rate, in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998
Recovery of any reasonable costs incurred in pursuing outstanding payments
5. Completion, Snagging & Sign-Off
- Upon completion of the works, the client will be given the opportunity to inspect the installation.
- Any snagging items or defects must be identified and reported before final sign-off or within a reasonable agreed period following completion.
- Once the works have been approved, signed off, and the final invoice issued, the project shall be deemed complete.
6. Liability & Insurance - The contractor holds Public Liability Insurance, which applies only during the period in which works are actively being carried out.
- Once the works are completed, approved, and signed off, the contractor accepts no further liability for the installation.
- The contractor is not liable for:
- Changes of mind
- Aesthetic preferences
- Wear and tear
- Damage caused by third parties
- Alterations, movement, or issues arising after completion
- Changes of mind
- Any concerns raised after completion and sign-off, including those raised months later, fall outside the scope of the contractor’s insurance and responsibility.
- Any remedial, adjustment, or additional works requested after completion will be treated as new works and quoted accordingly.
7. VAT
No VAT is applicable.
